The incumbent will be responsible to comprehensively investigate cross carrier investigations into
criminal enterprises targeting the short-term insurance industry This role is responsible for the gathering of comprehensive and complete information, intelligence and evidence regarding cross carrier and/or organised crime through fraudulent means not related to vehicle crime (Theft and Hijacking).
The incumbent must ensure that investigations progress is recorded on the case management system
and regular reporting of case updates are provided to the Project Manager and the Head of the Non-LifeInsurance Operations and or any other senior role players within the organisation. The incumbent will be responsible for the identification of crimes committed as logged on the Insurance Crime Bureau Wes Enquiry system and/ or any other reported crimes by impacted Member Companies.
The incumbent must ensure that Return of Investment (ROI) information is updated on a regular basis
ensuring that the reports provided to members are accurate and correct. The incumbent will be required to attend vigorous internal training on an ongoing basis and will be required from time to time to provide internal or external training when the need arise. The incumbent will be required to always
uphold the corporate image of the Insurance Crime Bureau.
