AGON Consult is the trusted forensic service provider to a number of life insurers in South Africa. We are seeking motivated individuals to strengthen our fraud investigation unit. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their expertise in investigative work.
What You’ll Do
– Conduct interviews and gather evidence for claims verification.
– Write clear, structured forensic reports.
-Apply critical thinking to identify inconsistencies and potential risks.
– Proficient in isiZulu, isiXhosa, and English as well as other SA vernacular languages.
– Proficient report writing – English.
– Ability to meet strict turnaround times as per SLA.
Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Investigation, or related field.

– Good communication skills (written and verbal);
-Ability to work independently;
– Basic knowledge of insurance is an advantage, but not required;

Production-based with employee benefits. (CTC between R150k and R420k p/a)
