Following the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Plenary session its Presidency will hold a press conference on 21 February 2025. It is anticipated that the FATF will make an announcement or give an update on South Africa’s grey listing status during the press conference or post-conference public statements. Our panel of experts will discuss the impact of the FATF announcement and the way forward for South Africa.
