In 2023, the inaugural Women in Forensics event attracted over 110 female professionals from the industry. This year, we seek input from male colleagues on several key topics: effective strategies men use in networking, areas where women may face challenges or blind spots, and most importantly, how women can adopt these successful principles to advance their careers. Your insights and experiences will be invaluable in fostering a more inclusive and supportive professional community.
